Returns and Refunds Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Customers may return merchandise that remains in a new, unused, and unopened condition within 30 days of the receipt date for a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- We will bear the return shipping costs only if the return arises from an error on our part, such as delivery of incorrect or defective merchandise.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of four weeks from the date the returned merchandise is handed over to the return shipping provider. This duration encompasses:
- Transit time for the merchandise to reach us (5 to 10 business days).
- Time required for us to process the return upon receipt (3 to 5 business days).
- Time required for the banking institution to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Return Request Procedure:
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us providing the order number and particulars regarding the merchandise intended for return. We will promptly provide instructions on the return procedure.
- Shipping Destinations:
- We offer shipping to a wide range of global destinations. However, certain products may have shipping restrictions, and may not be shipped to some international destinations.
- Shipping and Delivery Estimates:
- Upon placing an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery timeline based on the availability of the merchandise and the chosen shipping option. These estimates may be viewed on the shipping quotes page, contingent on the selected shipping provider.
- Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are primarily determined based on the weight of the merchandise. The weight of each item can be ascertained on its respective detail page. In alignment with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound.
